Celebration of Excellence
Grade 4 -7
The Geoffrey Brown Auditorium
CELEBRATION OF EXCELLENCE
Our Celebration of Excellence for Primary Years students of Grade 4 and Grade 7 students, who obtained A’s for their GLAT examination and for all students who received subject awards for the school year 2016-2017, will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. in the Geoffrey Brown Auditorium. (Parents are welcome to attend). A detailed letter will be sent home next week.
Brownie applications are now available in the Primary Years’ office. Meetings will be held on Thursdays from 3:15 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. in Mrs. Johnson’s class - 4Q. Please note girls must be 7 in order to enroll. Brownies will start next week Thursday, October 5, 2017.
Parents are reminded that school ends at 3:00 p.m. Every effort should be made to reduce the interruption throughout the day by requesting that your child leaves school before 3:00 p.m. In the event that an early dismissal is unavoidable, parents must send a note to the teacher in advance. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. An exit note must be obtained from the Primary Years Office, and be given to the security at the gate when a student is leaving school early.
When it rains, students in Primary Years will be held in their classrooms until 3:30p.m. Parents can collect their child from their classrooms, after 3:30p.m. students will be brought to the tunnel area where they will wait to be collected.
Please be reminded that it is mandatory for the boys in Grades 4 – 6 to wear neckties. The ties can only be purchased at ‘The Galaxy’.
PETER PAN BLOUSE
Girls in Grades 3-6 are required to wear a white ‘Peter Pan’ collar blouse under their shift uniform. Thank you for your cooperation in both matters.
LUNCH PROGRAMME FOR GRADE THREE STUDENTS
